Trimethoprim
Colistin sulfate
INDICATIONS:
Treatment of E.coli, Pasteurellosis, Salmonella, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, arthritis, pneumonia.
DOSAGE: For oral administration
Mix with feed or drinking water.
- Calves, goats, sheep: 5 g/ 100 kgs B.W.
- Pigs, poultry: 1 kg/ 1,000 - 2,000 liters of drinking water or 1 kg/ 1 ton of feed.
