INDICATIONS
PRENIVET is used as a supportive treatment in ketosis, bursitis, arthritis and joint inflammations involving ligaments in horses, dermatitis, inflammatory conditions of joints and as supportive therapy in dogs.
USAGES:
1º – 1 Shot: Pre-race and training
- Horse: 12.5 ml to 17.5 ml 72 hours before the race, IV very slow.
- Camel: 10 ml to 15 ml 72 hours before the race, IV very slow.
2º – 3 Shots: Pre-race and training
- Horse:
10 shot 12.5 ml 5 days before the race IV or IM
20 shot 12.5 ml 4 days before the race IV or IM
30 shot 10 ml 72 hours before the race, IV very slow
- Camel:
10 shot 10 ml 5 days before the race IV or IM
20 shot 10 ml 4 days before the race IV or IM
30 shot 7.5 ml 72 hours before the race, IV very slow.
Target animals: Horses and camels.
Contra-indications:
- Don´t use in case of known hypersensitivity to the active substance, corticosteroids or any of the excipients.
- Don´t use in case of viral infections during the viremia stage or in case of infections systemic fungal infections.
- Don´t use in animals with gastrointestinal ulcers.
- Don´t use on animals with corneal ulcers.
- Don´t use during pregnancy.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in room temperature below 300C, keep away from light and avoid heat exposure.
