COMPOSITION:
Levofloxacin HCl
Colistin sulfate
INDICATIONS:
- Prevention and treatment of pneumonia, acute bacterial sinusitis, acute and chronic bronchitis, skin infections, urinary tract infections, acute pyelonephritis.
- Poultry (chicken, duck, goose): E.coli, yellow and white dysentery, enteritis, pericarditis, ovarian inflammation, green suppuration bacillus, staphylococcus infection, cholera etc.
- CRD, CCRD, infectious coryza.
DOSAGE: Mix with feed or water
- Treatment dose: Poultry (chicken, duck, quail): 1 g/ 2 litres of drinking water for 3 - 5 days.
- Prevention dose: Poultry (chicken, duck, quail): 1 g/ 4 litres of drinking water for 3 - 5 days.
